Pathology Supervisor

Job Summary

You will help laboratory personnel and clinical educators maintain compliance, quality standards, and high-quality education services to achieve operational excellence and effective clinical outcomes. Every day, you will manage laboratory operations and oversee clinical education initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Exercise authority over personnel decisions
• Establish effective scheduling
• Manage workflows
• Develop staff
• Exercise strong leadership, technical, and scientific oversight capabilities

Required Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biological or chemical sciences, as defined by CLIA
• Minimum of five years at a moderate or high complexity laboratory
• MTE, CLS, or MLS certification required, ASCP or equivalent

$43.10 - $64.11 /hour
