Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biological or chemical sciences, as defined by CLIA.
- Minimum of five years at a moderate or high complexity laboratory.
- MT, CLS, or MLS certification required, ASCP or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, technical, and scientific oversight capabilities.
- Ability to develop and implement policy and standard operating procedures.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in laboratory management software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay
- Hourly rate of $43.10 - $64.11, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
- Full-time position, 80 hours per pay period, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.
