Patent Litigation Paralegal
Basic Requirements For The IP Paralegal
- 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Strong preference for experience in IP and/or patent litigation
- Manage and track multiple active litigation matters, including infringement and contract-related disputes
- Maintain visibility into case status, including tracking phases such as discovery, motions, and settlement discussions
- Review and summarize legal documents, including settlement proposals
- Cook up and support outside counsel across multiple ongoing matters
- Absorb and manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong organizational and tracking skills
Position Details Of The IP Paralegal
- Type of role: Permanent
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Location: In Office - Ramapo, NY (3-4 days a week)
- Compensation: The salary range for this role is $105,000 to $125,000. This position is also eligible for bonuses and equity compensation.
