About the role

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Intellectual Property practice in their Salt Lake City office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications
• Work on inter-office teams to provide litigation support
• Develop strategic portfolio guidance

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications
• Proven ability to effectively manage a complex patent docket
• Exceptional writing skills and strong interpersonal communication skills
• A desire to collaborate with a talented team on cutting-edge intellectual property matters

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
