About the role
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Intellectual Property practice in their Salt Lake City office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and prosecute patent applications
- Work on inter-office teams to provide litigation support
- Develop strategic portfolio guidance
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications
- Proven ability to effectively manage a complex patent docket
- Exceptional writing skills and strong interpersonal communication skills
- A desire to collaborate with a talented team on cutting-edge intellectual property matters
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
