Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-quality pastries, desserts, and breads.
- Develop seasonal dessert menus that complement our culinary offerings.
- Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality across all locations.
- Oversee ingredient sourcing, inventory, and cost control.
- Train and mentor pastry team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or bakery.
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques.
- Creativity in dessert menu development and plating.
- Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Passion for quality ingredients and innovative flavors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Pastry Chef.
