The culinary program at Greyfield Inn is rooted in Southern tradition with a coastal influence. Menus are seasonal and sourced from an on-site organic garden. The role involves working the line at breakfast and dinner, preparing staff meals, and accommodating guest dietary needs. Guest capacity is 32, and the position is flexible and creative.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a pastry chef
- Working knowledge of seasonal ingredients
- Quick thinking and adaptability
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong knife skills
- Positive attitude
- One year minimum commitment
Compensation
This position is salaried, ranging from $35,568 to $50,000 annually.
