About the role

The role is responsible for providing culinary services on board our ships.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare meals according to recipes and guidelines
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and hygiene practices

Pay
