Passenger Service Agent - Part time

What You Will Be Doing

• Aid passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims, and other passenger issues in the airport.
• Be enthusiastic and maintain a positive attitude while offering assistance.
• Host self-service kiosks and verify passengers' documents prior to boarding aircrafts.
• Interpret identification labels along with baggage and cargo routing tags.
• Ensure that all work areas are organized and functional (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage).
• Perform other responsibilities in the gate area, including making announcements, checking baggage, and assigning seats.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be comfortable lifting/moving up to 70lbs of cargo and baggage.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Prior Customer Service Experience is strongly preferred.
• Intermediate Computer Skills are required.
