Passenger Service Agent / Part Time
What You Will Be Doing
- Aid passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims, and other passenger issues in the airport.
- Be enthusiastic and maintain a positive attitude while offering assistance.
- Host self-service kiosks and verify passengers' documents prior to boarding aircraft.
- Interpret identification labels along with baggage and cargo routing tags.
- Ensure that all work areas are organized and functional (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage).
- Perform other responsibilities in the gate area, including making announcements, checking baggage, and assigning seats.

What We Are Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a current valid US driver’s license.
- Computer skills are required as you will be using computer-based systems to perform some of your primary job duties.
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English, excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time at the ticket counter and gate check-in areas.
- Must pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal.
