Passenger Service Agent (OA)

Key Responsibilities

• Aid passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims, and other issues.
• Interpret identification labels and baggage/cargo routing tags.
• Operate self-service kiosks.
• Maintain organized work areas.
• Offer a positive attitude and assist passengers.
• Ensure safe and secure operations.
• Perform tasks such as bending, stretching, pushing, and pulling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Comfortable lifting and moving up to 70 lbs of cargo and baggage.
• Available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills required.
