Responsibilities
- Aid passengers during arrival and check-in processes, assisting passengers with special needs.
- Support Ramp Service Agents in preparing and delivering wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags.
- Operate and use equipment such as the jetway, computer keyboards, and carrier-specific reservation/ticketing software.
- Push wheelchairs with passengers who require assistance, handling bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine requirements.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- A high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Pass an extensive post-offer pre-employment background check, including fingerprinting and a criminal history record check required by federal law.
