Responsibilities
- Aid passengers during arrival and check-in processes, assisting those with special needs.
- Coordinate with Ramp Service Agents to ensure timely provision of wheelchairs, strollers, and baggage to passengers.
- Operate and manage equipment such as the jetway, computer keyboards, and reservation/ticketing software.
- Push wheelchairs and assist passengers with personal needs and lifting bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine requirements.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- A high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Proactive and friendly demeanor.
Qualifications
- Must pass an extensive post-offer pre-employment background check, including fingerprinting and a criminal history record check.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
