Passenger Assistance Agent

Responsibilities

  • Aid passengers during arrival and check-in processes, assisting those with special needs.
  • Coordinate with Ramp Service Agents to ensure timely provision of wheelchairs, strollers, and baggage to passengers.
  • Operate and manage equipment such as the jetway, computer keyboards, and reservation/ticketing software.
  • Push wheelchairs and assist passengers with personal needs and lifting bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • A high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Proactive and friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Must pass an extensive post-offer pre-employment background check, including fingerprinting and a criminal history record check.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
