We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Who We Are", "What You Will Be Doing", "Primary Responsibilities", "Additional Responsibilities", "Who We Are Looking For", "Education/Experience", "Required Qualifications/Skills", "Preferred Qualifications/Skills", "Values At Yancey Bros. Co", "Ideal Candidates Will Demonstrate The Following Values", "What We Offer", then subpoints like Competitive Pay Structure etc. We need to use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Thus we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Who We Are (company description) - could be "About the company" but not listed as allowed headings? The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can also use other headings? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests those are examples; we can use other headings if appropriate? Probably we should stick to those categories. However we have content like "Who We Are" which is about company; could map to "About the role"? Not exactly. Could we create a section "About the company"? Not in list but maybe allowed? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those for typical sections. Safer to use those headings where applicable. We have: - What You Will Be Doing (role description) -> could be "About the role". - Primary Responsibilities -> "Responsibilities". - Additional Responsibilities -> could also be part of Responsibilities. - Who We Are Looking For -> could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". - Education/Experience -> part of Requirements. - Required Qualifications/Skills -> "Qualifications" and "Skills". - Preferred Qualifications/Skills -> also qualifications/skills. - Values At Yancey Bros. Co -> maybe "Skills"? Not exactly. Could be part of "Requirements"? Might be better as its own section? Not in list but could be "Skills"? Values are not skills. Could be omitted? But we must preserve all substantive information. Could include as a section with heading maybe "Values". The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. So we can include a "Values" heading. - Ideal Candidates Will Demonstrate The Following Values -> similar to values, could be merged. - What We Offer -> could be "Benefits". Also includes "Competitive Pay Structure" etc. So we can have Benefits section, and maybe Pay section if pay details given. They mention "Competitive Pay Structure", "Competitive Compensation", "Individual Bonus Opportunities Available", "401k Plan Strong Company Match", etc. That's compensation details, so we can create a Pay section. - They also list many benefits: medical, vision, dental, wellness programs, paid vacations, etc. That's Benefits. - No schedule info given, so we should not create Schedule section. Thus we will produce sections:

    About the role

with description from "What You Will Be Doing" paragraph.

    Responsibilities

with combined Primary and Additional responsibilities as list.

    Requirements

maybe includes Education/Experience and Who We Are Looking For? Could combine.

    Qualifications

    with Required Qualifications/Skills.

    Skills

maybe with Preferred Qualifications/Skills? Or combine Required and Preferred into Qualifications and Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps better to have: - About the role - Responsibilities - Requirements (Education/Experience + Who We Are Looking For) - Qualifications (Required) - Skills (Preferred) - Benefits - Pay Values could be part of Requirements or Skills? Could be its own section "Values". But we might combine into Requirements or Skills? Values are not exactly qualifications but could be part of Requirements. However we have a separate "Ideal Candidates Will Demonstrate The Following Values". Could be part of Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive info, not lose. Let's extract content. Competitive Pay Structure - Competitive Compensation - Individual Bonus Opportunities Available - 401k Plan Strong Company Match - Employee Profit Sharing - Financial Wellness Coaching - Employee Wellness Program - Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance - Prescription Drug Coverage - Flexible Spending Accounts - Short & Long Term Disability - Group Life Insurance - Personal Time Off - Paid Holidays - Paid Sick Leave - Career Development - Tuition Reimbursement - Ongoing Training - Advancement Opportunities Note: Some items appear duplicated between Competitive Pay Structure list and benefits. We'll need to preserve all but avoid duplication? The instruction: "Remove duplicated lines". So we should deduplicate identical lines. Let's list unique items from the "What We Offer" and subsequent bullet list. First sentence: "Yancey Bros. Co. offers a full benefits package that includes aggressive compensation levels, technician tool allowances, full medical, vision and dental coverage, employee wellness programs, paid vacations and more." Then list: - Competitive Compensation - Individual Bonus Opportunities Available - 401k Plan Strong Company Match - Employee Profit Sharing - Financial Wellness Coaching - Employee Wellness Program - Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance - Prescription Drug Coverage - Flexible Spending Accounts - Short & Long Term Disability - Group Life Insurance - Personal Time Off - Paid Holidays - Paid Sick Leave - Career Development - Tuition Reimbursement - Ongoing Training - Advancement Opportunities We also have earlier mention of "aggressive compensation levels, technician tool allowances". Those are not in list; we should include them. Thus Benefits section could include: aggressive compensation levels, technician tool allowances, full medical, vision and dental coverage, employee wellness programs, paid vacations, plus the list items. But many items overlap: "full medical, vision and dental coverage" same as "Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance". "employee wellness programs" same as "Employee Wellness Program". "paid vacations" same as "Personal Time Off"? Actually personal time off may be broader. We'll keep both but deduplicate exact strings. We'll produce a Benefits
with unique items. Pay section: maybe we can include "Competitive Pay Structure" as heading? But we already have Pay section. Could list: Competitive Compensation, Individual Bonus Opportunities Available, 401k Plan Strong Company Match, Employee Profit Sharing, Financial Wellness Coaching. However some of those also appear in benefits list. To avoid duplication, we could separate: Pay includes compensation-related items: Competitive Compensation, Individual Bonus Opportunities Available, 401k Plan Strong Company Match, Employee Profit Sharing, Financial Wellness Coaching. Benefits includes medical, vision, dental, wellness programs, paid vacations, etc. But the instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay and Benefits into one Benefits section? But they said never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections
