Parts Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Parts position will be based in our parts warehouse and will maintain heavy equipment and engine parts inventory to support service technicians and our customers. This role works closely with Service Technicians and customers on their parts needs, fulfills parts orders, maintains inventory, picks and packs orders, makes hoses, and completes deliveries as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years of warehouse and inventory experience. Some of the experience should be in a mechanical parts environment.
• Knowledge and experience with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts preferred.

Skills

• Strong customer orientation, a positive attitude, and high motivation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft applications and database experience.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting/Carrying: 40 lbs. lift/carry and 50 lb. pull.
• Repetitive motions: Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers.
• Dexterity: Normal.
• Frequent standing/sitting and movement up and down stairs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Noise level: Usually quiet in office settings; moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.

Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
