Responsibilities
- Accurately bin and/or pull parts to maintain efficient parts ordering process.
- Load and secure parts, equipment and/or accessories for delivery to other locations.
- Process repair shop parts orders and/or returns.
- Process Parts Counter sales and/or returns.
- Assemble standard and custom hoses to meet various customer specifications.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; three or more years of relevant experience desired.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, vendors, and managers.
- Must be able to complete TMCC forklift training and certification within first 90 days of employment. Upon completion, all warehouse associates are required to perform forklift operations duties as needed.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator is preferred.
- Demonstrate strict adherence to all applicable corporate safety standards.
- Must be available to work at assigned location, including overtime, evenings, or weekends if needed.
- Must be dependable and consistently arrive at work on time when scheduled.
- Displays flexibility and handles changes to assigned tasks with ease.
- Must have patience to perform routine tasks daily, accurately, and consistently.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, adaptability, and a strong customer service focus.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency, self-initiative, and the personal drive to be successful.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
