Opti Staffing is Hiring! Position: Warehouse Associate Location: Woodland, WA Pay: $18-$25/hr DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Who We Are: Opti Staffing is partnering with a local manufacturing company in Woodland that is looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to join their team. This is a hands-on warehouse position focused on material handling, shipping and receiving, light assembly, and keeping materials organized throughout the facility. What You’ll Do: Move and organize raw materials throughout the facilityHandle shipping and receiving dutiesPrepare and process shipments through FedEx and UPS WorldShipLoad and unload materials as neededPerform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventoryAssist with light assembly and other production-related tasksUse a forklift to move materials throughout the facilityKeep materials organized and work areas cleanAssist other departments with material movement as neededFollow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment What’s In It for You: $18-$25/hr depending on experienceConsistent Monday-Friday day shiftFull-time hoursLong-term opportunity with room for growthOpportunity to gain experience across warehouse, shipping/receiving, and manufacturing operations What You Need to Have: Previous warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, or shipping/receiving experience is a plusAbility to safely move raw materials and other items throughout the facilityAbility to work on your feet and perform physical warehouse dutiesReliable attendance and a good work ethicAbility to follow directions and work safely The Musts: Reliable transportationPrevious parts warehouse experience: inventory management, picking, and pulling orders, and general warehouse operationsAbility to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PMAbility to safely lift, carry, and move materialsWillingness to work in a hands-on warehouse environment Preferred: Forklift experience is idealShipping and receiving experienceExperience with FedEx and UPS WorldShipPrevious manufacturing or warehouse experienceExperience performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracyLight assembly experienceFamiliarity with raw materials and material handling Next Steps: Please respond with an updated resume!
