The Opportunity
We’re looking for an organized, dependable Parts Warehouse Associate to keep our parts department running smoothly. You’ll be the backbone of our inventory operation, ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time — with the accuracy and urgency that keeps technicians productive and customers satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments against packing slips, reporting discrepancies immediately
- Stock and bin parts accurately so every item can be found instantly when needed
- Pull and stage parts for technician repair orders and customer orders quickly and correctly the first time
- Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined binning, cycle counts, and prompt put-away
- Process shipping, receiving, returns, and core handling accurately and on time
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe — every shelf labeled, every aisle clear
- Support the parts counter and technicians with fast, accurate fulfillment so the shop never waits
- Help identify obsolete or excess inventory and assist with returns to protect parts gross

Requirements
- Warehouse, inventory, or automotive parts experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift
- Comfortable with inventory software and basic computer tasks
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
