Responsibilities

• Assist mobile technician fleets, stores, and tractor assembly centers in transporting company-owned, customer-owned tractors, equipment, and parts to various locations for sales or repairs.
• Assist mobile technicians, stores, and tractor assembly centers with repairs, merchandising, and customer service as needed.
• Document work performed daily using various computer systems and programs.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and tools.
• Operate machinery and equipment such as tractors, gantry cranes, electric hoists, servicing and diagnostic equipment, service trucks, forklifts, and multimeters.
• Load and unload customer machines for repair and delivery.
• Complete transportation of assets and perform simple service work safely and promptly.
• Travel daily to customers, stores, tractor assembly centers, and third-party dealers.
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle.
• Provide a safe environment by keeping work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with valid driver’s licenses and clean driving records.
• Experience and proficiency in operating a loaded trailer, securing assets of various weights and sizes, and operating farm equipment or heavy construction equipment.
• Proficiency in using computer-based systems including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service abilities.
• Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to meticulously review and analyze information to maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Demonstrated willingness to take on new responsibilities and adapt to new environments and tasks.
• Genuine enthusiasm for learning and personal growth, with a track record of actively seeking professional development opportunities.
• Physical requirements include sitting or standing for prolonged periods, lifting up to 65 pounds, accessing and navigating all facilities, and verbal communication skills.
