Parts Technician

Job Summary

This position provides foundational knowledge to assist with ensuring parts are available for repairs. Responsibilities include shadowing a senior team member, performing audits, submitting orders, maintaining information systems, and conducting cycle counts.

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow a senior team member to learn parts request fulfillment and proper part charging.
• Observe all Company safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, well-ordered work environment free of trash and hazards.
• Conduct Cycle Counts as required.

Shift Schedule

Shifts may vary based upon location and business needs. Full-time attendance is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; ability to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.
• Up to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic deductive reasoning skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient active listening skills.
• Proficient organizational skills.
• Proficient time management skills.
• Self-motivation.
• Ability to fulfill physical requirements of the job including lifting above 50 lbs, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to wear appropriate work attire (protective gear/PPE).

Pay Range

The expected starting pay range for this position is between $19.40 - $27.71.
