Parts Sales Representative - Wheeler

About the role

American Implement is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated individual to serve as our Parts Sales Representative for our dealership in Wheeler, Kansas.

Essential Job Functions

• Receives and processes sales orders of parts and services for customers and technicians.
• Records sales and/or counter transactions.
• Maintains proper inventory processes including daily bin counts.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations.
• Maintains and stocks showroom area.
• Responds to and resolves customer inquiries in a positive, professional and confident manner.
• Participates in all job-related training and development.
• Performs routine housekeeping tasks in both the showroom and work area.
• Maintains condition of department vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of Parts Department experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Internet.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic Parts Department reports.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
