About the role
Our client, an industrial machine manufacturer, is looking for a Parts Sales Representative to support customers with replacement parts, spare parts packages, and service solutions throughout the lifecycle of their equipment. This is a desk-based role handling around 40 requests a day—steady, fast-paced, but not high-pressure.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for parts and service inquiries
- Respond to customer phone calls and emails regarding replacement parts, spare parts, and service solutions
- Research and identify the correct parts using ERP systems, product documentation, and internal resources
- Prepare and deliver quotations and follow up with customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and activities in the CRM
- Collaborate with other departments to support customer needs
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s products and services
Requirements
- 2+ years of parts sales experience required
- Proficiency with CRM & ERP systems required
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence required
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities required
Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 base salary + uncapped monthly commission
