Responsibilities

  • Lead a Top-Tier Team – Oversee and develop a skilled team in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
  • Be the Backbone of the Dealership – Ensure seamless operations by managing parts inventory, vendor relationships, and customer needs.
  • Elevate Customer Service – Acura drivers expect precision, and you’ll deliver the right part at the right time, every time.
  • Drive Profitability – Utilize your business acumen and leadership to optimize efficiency and grow revenue.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve – Work with cutting-edge Acura technology and OEM parts to keep vehicles performing at peak levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive parts management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and achieving results.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
