About Us
Fillback Family of Dealerships has a rich history spanning over 75 years, originating in 1948 in the Town of Highland. Founded as a family-owned and operated business, it has transitioned through three generations of ownership, currently under the stewardship of Mark Fillback. The dealership now serves Southwest Wisconsin from four communities: Highland, Richland Center, Boscobel, and Prairie du Chien. We specialize in both new and pre-owned vehicles, representing brands such as Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Chevrolet. Responsibilities
- Participate in operations/departmental planning
- Create annual budgets
- Reconcile daily parts invoices
- Track the daily gross sales of parts department
- Reconcile and report shortages and/or damage
- Reconcile parts/warranty return reports
- Provide on-the-job training for parts department staff
- Compile and analyze monthly management reports
- Maintain tight control over parts inventory
- Ensure the quality of customer service provided by parts department
- Coordinate parts marketing
- Calculate and submit monthly obsolescence reports
- Hold weekly department meetings
- Attend weekly manager meetings
Requirements
- High School diploma and five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Operator Driver's License (must be insurable)
