Diehl Kia of Beaver is seeking an experienced, motivated Parts Manager to lead our dealership’s Parts Department. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who understands dealership parts operations, knows how to build a strong team, and can effectively manage inventory, profitability, wholesale business, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the Parts Department
- Hire, train, coach, and manage parts department employees
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels while controlling obsolete and aged inventory
- Monitor parts sales, gross profit, expenses, and departmental performance
- Ensure accurate ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of parts
- Work closely with the Service Department to ensure technicians receive parts quickly and accurately
- Develop and maintain wholesale and retail parts business
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers
- Handle special orders, returns, warranty parts, and manufacturer requirements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper inventory controls
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Monitor department KPIs and identify opportunities to improve profitability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
- Deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager experience strongly preferred
- Kia or other manufacturer dealership experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of dealership parts operations and inventory management
- Experience managing employees and developing a successful team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of parts pricing, gross profit, inventory turns, and departmental profitability
- Experience with dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively with Service, Sales, and dealership management
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
