Parts Manager

Cumberland International Trucks of FL, LLC is seeking an eager and experienced Parts Manager to join our team at our Jacksonville, FL dealership. This role is ideal for someone with retail or aftermarket diesel parts and/or dealership experience who is passionate about leading and elevating performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts personnel can provide parts to customers from stock, procure locally, or create parts orders as directed.
• Hire and manage personnel while monitoring performance, customer order status, and advising in case of problems.
• Ensure counter staff correctly document and complete part sales on invoices.
• Manage and review vendor pricing and delivery timeliness; maintain proper inventory turns within set timeframes.
• Oversee daily and monthly price margins to meet annual budget goals.
• Supervise all aspects of warehouse operations, including parts counter sales and delivery staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage others positively while observing the company’s core values.
• Organized, friendly, and courteous demeanor.
• Dealership experience is preferred.
