Parts Manager

About the role

Crash Champions is the largest founder-led multi-shop operator (MSO) of high-quality collision repair service in the U.S., with over 650 state-of-the-art locations in 38 states. The company also operates the growing Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified brand for highline and luxury EV repair centers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete all parts ordering: quickly and accurately order parts based on initial estimates and supplements.
• Communicate with parts vendors to order parts as needed and partner with Repair Planners to ensure parts accuracy.
• Monitor deliveries: regularly track parts status, communicate with vendors, and update Repair Planners accordingly.
• Receive and check in parts: mirror match delivered parts to repair orders and ensure all parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality: check for damage within two hours of expected drop-off.
• Return incorrect parts immediately to the vendor.
• Drive parts-related KPIs: monitor parts margin, pending credits, shop consumables inventory, and material spend; communicate with the General Manager to discuss optimization.
• Coordinate parts invoicing: ensure parts invoices are posted daily in CCC One and make corrections as necessary.
• Support Body Technicians with parts knowledge: supply reference materials to ensure proper parts usage and stay updated on laws and regulations of parts installation.
• Lead Parts Team (if applicable): serve as a mentor and direct the activities of the Parts Assistant.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software.

Pay

Posted pay range: USD $15.00–$25.70 per hour. The actual offer will be based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant certifications. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses.
