Parts Inside Sales

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Handles parts requirements of customers through counter service and telephone sales.
• Invoices and pulls parts correctly.
• Places parts in the appropriate area for customer pick-up or delivery.
• Greets customers with a friendly and professional manner.
• Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when replacement is not available.
• Affords assistance in keeping parts counter area clean and display shelves stocked and orderly.
• Affords assistance with physical stock inventory.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
