Parts Fulfillment Coordinator

About the role

Modern Packaging is seeking a Spare Parts Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction by managing the order process efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Parts Collection & Staging: Retrieve and stage parts according to sales orders, ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Order Verification & Fulfillment: Cross-check bin contents with order confirmations, label parts, and upload photos for documentation.
• Packaging & Shipping: Carefully pack and label shipments, weigh and box parts, and interact with carriers during pickups.
• Large Shipments & Special Handling: Prepare and coordinate the shipment of large or oversized parts, including building crates and coordinating special shipping methods.
• Vendor Returns: Package and ship return parts to vendors as directed, ensuring accurate documentation and labeling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse/fulfillment operations
• Familiarity with UPS/FedEx Ship Manager or similar software
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to use barcode scanners
• Clear communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or custom machinery environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Syteline preferred)
• Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical parts
