Parts Fulfillment Coordinator
About the role
The Shop Fulfillment Coordinator supports the timely and accurate delivery of parts for the global overhaul shops and customers. This role manages order tracking, inventory accuracy, and part availability, collaborating with sourcing, logistics, and engineering to improve supply chain processes and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily tracking of part availability and communicate status updates to overhaul shops and customers.
- Assist in resolving part-related issues by escalating concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Monitor and update part order statuses in Oracle.
- Maintain accurate records of part locations and expected delivery timelines in dashboards and tracking tools.
- Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and propose potential improvements.
- Support the development of standard operating procedures related to order management and material handling.
- Support data entry and reporting tasks related to inventory, part readiness, and order execution.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making on part prioritization and allocation.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve visibility and communication across the fulfillment process.
Requirements
- Ability to work 1st Shift (7am-4pm).
- Hybrid schedule: Primarily remote but in-office up to 3 days a week depending on business needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of Parts Fulfillment and/or Materials experience with cross-functional exposure (Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, and Warehousing teams) OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Aeroderivative products/business.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Pay
The pay range for this U.S.-based position is between $72,400.00 and $108,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: ineligible.
