Parts Distribution Coordinator

Location: Milan, IL Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time, Contract Shift: 1st Shift (Flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM) Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Position Overview We are seeking a Parts Distribution Coordinator to support warehouse operations and supply chain activities in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for measuring parts, collecting inventory data, and entering information into packaging specification systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a warehouse setting, and possesses strong computer and decision-making skills. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Measure warehouse parts and record dimensions accuratelyEnter and maintain data within packaging specification applicationsReview assigned inventory locations and collect required informationAnalyze data and ensure accuracy of recorded measurementsUtilize Microsoft Excel and computer systems for data entry and reportingOperate a Cushman or similar battery-operated utility vehicle throughout the warehouseFollow established safety procedures and warehouse guidelinesTravel occasionally to nearby warehouse locations in the Milan area Required Qualifications Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skillsStrong attention to detail and decision-making abilitiesAbility to interpret and work with data setsComfortable working in a high-traffic warehouse environmentAbility to operate a Cushman or similar utility vehicleAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to stand and walk for approximately 75% of the workday Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related fieldPrevious warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain experienceRecent graduates welcome to apply Work Environment & Safety Requirements 100% onsite positionWarehouse environment requiring PPEMetatarsal safety footwear required on the first daySafety glasses and gloves providedAbility to work safely around warehouse equipment and vehicle trafficOccasional travel to nearby offsite warehouse locations within 21 miles of Milan Additional Information Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this position.Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
