Parts Counterman - Monday - Friday!

Glendale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Parts Counterperson to join our high-volume, high-loyalty parts department. Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter
• Support technicians by locating and dispatching requested parts
• Communicate clearly with service writers, managers, and technicians
• Answer customer inquiries via phone and in-person
• Accurately bill outsold parts and handle returns
• Help manage incoming inventory and support inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 2 years of prior automotive dealership parts department experience (Chrysler/FCA experience highly preferred)

Schedule

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week). Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., including an hour lunch break. Union Position: Local Union #618.
