Responsibilities
- Aid in determining parts requirements with customers
- Sell parts and handle order processing
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Promote products to customers using professional selling techniques
- Facilitate customers in finding desired items
- Ensure excellent customer relations at all times
- Operate within all parts policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Personable and adaptable
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good customer relations and computer skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and product features
- Previous experience in parts or inventory settings

Physical Requirements
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate construction equipment
- Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 pounds
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Continuous lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 20 pounds
- Regularly stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects
- Occasionally sit, climb, balance, kneel, stoop, couch, and crawl
