About the role

HOLT CAT is seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson to join our dynamic team. This position will focus on providing exceptional customer service and selling parts to customers who need them.

Essential Functions

• Conduct sales calls to identify and pursue potential customer needs
• Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of parts
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
• Process orders and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of Caterpillar products and industry standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
