HOLT CAT is seeking a Parts Counter Sales professional to join our dynamic team. This position involves interacting with customers to sell and service parts for Caterpillar equipment.

Essential Functions

• Interact with customers to identify and sell parts for Caterpillar equipment
• Provide accurate information about parts availability and pricing
• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of parts
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of Caterpillar products and industry standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
