About the role
HOLT CAT is seeking a Parts Counter Sales professional to join our dynamic team. This position involves interacting with customers to sell and service parts for Caterpillar equipment.
Essential Functions
- Interact with customers to identify and sell parts for Caterpillar equipment
- Provide accurate information about parts availability and pricing
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of parts
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of Caterpillar products and industry standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
