About the Role

Victory Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated company since 1997 with over 50 locations across the United States. We are seeking a knowledgeable Parts Specialist to accurately answer customer questions and fulfill requirements regarding automotive parts and accessories, whether in person or over the phone. The role involves locating parts within our inventory or from external sources, arranging delivery and installation, receiving and stocking incoming parts, and maintaining warehouse organization.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock incoming parts and accessories
• Locate parts or accessories and arrange for installation
• Monitor parts inventory and maintain a clean, organized storage area
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, and promotions
• Ensure accurate sales documentation and provide timely reports as required
• Facilitate safe and on-time delivery of parts to the dealership while adhering to company procedures and standards
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience with automotive parts and accessories
• Pleasant and courteous personality with strong customer service skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong phone and computer proficiency
