We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our growing Parts Department. Responsibilities Assist retail and wholesale customers with automotive parts purchases Support service technicians by accurately identifying and supplying needed parts Maintain parts inventory accuracy and organization Process parts orders, returns, and special orders Receive and stock incoming inventory Utilize dealership software and manufacturer catalogs to identify parts Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone Work collaboratively with the service and sales departments Qualifications Automotive parts experience preferred Honda experience is a plus but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership software CDK preferred!
