Responsibilities
- Aid customers, technicians, and wholesale customers in selecting required parts.
- Suggest companion requirements and offer specials.
- Ensure customers are exposed to the full product line.
- Pull purchased parts from stock.
- Determine availability of parts and submit overnight orders if necessary.
- Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
- Be friendly, professional, and efficient when working with customers and co-workers.
- Provide the same high level of service to other dealership departments as given to outside customers.
- Issue credit slips for parts returned, verifying original invoices or their numbers.
- Participate in available training programs.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Organized and friendly personality.
- Strong time management skills.
- Fantastic communication skills with customers.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- A high school degree or equivalent education.
- Able to work rotating Saturdays.
- Maintain an acceptable driving record according to insurance standards at all times.
- No under the influence of any substance, including medical marijuana, on-site or during work hours.
- Prohibited from operating any type of powered vehicle or equipment while under the influence.
