Job Type Full-time Description COME JOIN OUR TEAM AT REEFER PETERBILT Reefer Peterbilt is a second-generation family-owned heavy-duty truck dealership looking for a Full-Time Parts Counter Sales Associate in New Boston, MI. This individual must be customer-oriented, highly organized, motivated, and a team player. Responsibilities Sell parts to retail and wholesale customers over the counter through the service department and on the telephone.Identify parts by utilizing electronic, internet-based parts catalogsIdentify parts availability, locate and pull the parts as needed, and submit and track orders for parts not in stock to fill orders in the most efficient and accurate wayMaintain thorough knowledge of products soldContribute to the productivity and efficiency of the departmentPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications High School diploma or equivalentMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skillsGeneral computer knowledgeSelf-motivated, willing to learn and grow with the companyMust pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, background, and MVR check Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness, FSA, HSA72 PTO hours available at the time of hire6 paid holidays401K plan with company participationWeekly pay schedule Pay & Schedule Hourly $23.00/hour - $33.00/hour based on experience Monday – Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, Saturday rotation, 7:00 am - 1:00 pm This job description is not meant to be exclusive to all job functions, and job functions may be added or changed occasionally as directed by your supervisor.
