Parts Coordinator- E&I Parts Coordinator and Scheduler
Pinto Valley is an open-pit copper mine located in central Arizona, offering a blend of mining industry opportunities and urban amenities.
Position Responsibilities
- Verify, kit, and stage parts for maintenance jobs to ensure accuracy and readiness.
- Update planners and supervisors on parts status and job readiness.
- Handle repair returns, retrieve unplanned parts, and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist with staging in the field and maintain clean, organized laydown areas.
- Serve as a backup E & I maintenance planner when needed.
- Use SAP for work order tracking, ordering parts and materials, assist with invoices and parts returns.
- Model Capstone’s Values and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Position Requirements
- Experienced E&I maintenance planner/scheduler, craftsperson, maintenance supervisor, or equivalent background and experience.
- Minimum of one year of maintenance execution, scheduling or planning.
- Experience and knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance processes and practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Computer skills, spreadsheets (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Projects, and Microsoft Power Point).
- Valid Arizona Driver's License.
Preferred
- SAP experience.
- NFPA 70 Experience.
- Mining experience.
Qualifications
- Must pass a pre-employment medical exam, drug and alcohol test, and background check.
- All positions require a pre-placement physical examination to ensure candidates are 'fit for duty'.
- Additional training and/or testing may be required.
