Parts Coordinator
Description Summary
The Parts Coordinator is responsible for ordering and receiving all part orders. Getting ETAs from vendors on parts and communicating with Next-Level Support to communicate this to our guests. Keeping an inventory of all parts carried by the parts department. Shipping and receiving Fed-Ex. Closing service orders that are shipped and completing all Driver Instruction (DI) talks. Maintaining the Parts department and Parts log. Pulling parts for service calls. Filling floor requests (parts needed by stores). Ordering parts for FCP (third-party warranty). Getting ETAs from vendors and communicating these to NLS (Next Level Support).
Job Responsibilities
- Shipping and receiving all parts.
- Closing open service orders when part is shipped.
- Completing all DI shops within 24 hours (also log them).
- Maintain parts cage.
- Maintain parts log.
- Pull parts for service calls.
- Fill floor requests (parts needed by stores).
- Order parts for FCP (third-party warranty).
- Get ETAs from vendors and communicate these to NLS (Next Level Support).
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Reports to
Parts Supervisor.
Work Environment
This job operates in a warehouse.
Physical Demands
The employee will regularly be standing, walking, lifting, bending.
Qualifications
- GED or equivalent.
- Must be familiar with Outlook 360.
- Must be familiar with Excel.
