Parts Clerk (Heavy Duty Trucks)

Essential Functions

• Maintain proper fleet inventory and provide support to Fleet Technicians.
• Locate, deliver, and inventory necessary parts and supplies, tires, and tools for company fleet and equipment.
• Determine necessary parts needed to complete repairs.
• Receive inventory from vendors and correctly identify, label, and stock parts, both physically and in the computer.
• Maintain proper inventory levels with Min's and Max's.
• Physically unload parts and place in proper locations.
• Load and unload technician parts to and from service trucks.

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work overtime and outside the normal work schedule.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.

Technical Skills

• Proficient with inventory software, POS systems, computers, and the internet.

Physical Abilities

• Ability to lift heavy items.
• Ability to bend, twist, turn, climb ladders and stairs.
