About the role

This role is for a Parts Clerk at West Star Aviation, a fast-growing MRO provider with facilities across multiple US locations. The position involves managing inventory flows, verifying incoming material, and assisting with the preparation of orders for both internal departments and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory flows under FAA regulations
• Verify material with proper documentation
• Assist with parts counting and part runners
• Stock shelves and conduct cycle counts
• Retrieve and stage parts for distribution
• Assist with receiving and preparing for shipments
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• A High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license for airline travel
• Experience with computers, numbers, and calculations
• Experience with FedEx Powership or UPS Online (preferred)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation to work
• Responsible for handling fragile aircraft avionics components
• Capable of working in various weather conditions and environments

Qualifications

Pay

The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $22.00 - $29.00. Additional compensation includes a shift differential and a semi-annual discretionary bonus.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with flexible work schedules including 5x8, 4x10, and 3x12 shifts.
