Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing, and invoicing
- Handle all parts orders on a daily basis, including shipping and receiving
- Obtain and prepare parts quotes
- Order and manage parts inventory for rental equipment
- Coordinate parts inventory from manufacturers and communicate with vendors for company and customer-owned equipment
- Confirm invoice accuracy
- Coordinate with Service departments and delivery schedules
- Oversee parts warehouse to ensure cleanliness and organization
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry (a plus)
- Previous or current experience with budgeting
- Knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet use
- Clean driving record (position involves local parts pickup and delivery)
- Exceptional customer service, organization, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to operate a forklift/telehandler to load and unload freight trucks
- Ability to lift up to 75-100 lbs

Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Overtime pay after 40 hours
- On-call scheduling with additional compensation
