We’re hiring a Parts Assistant at our rental facility in Boise, ID for someone ready to grow with us and help build the future of construction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing, and invoicing
- Handle all parts orders on a daily basis, including shipping and receiving
- Obtain and prepare parts quotes
- Order and manage parts inventory for rental equipment
- Coordinate parts inventory from manufacturers and communicate with vendors for company and customer-owned equipment
- Confirm invoice accuracy
- Coordinate with the Service departments and delivery schedules
- Oversee parts warehouse to ensure cleanliness and organization

Requirements
- Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry (a plus)
- Previous or current experience with budgeting
- Knowledge of Excel and the use of spreadsheets
- Clean driving record (position involves picking up and delivering local parts)
- Exceptional customer service, organization, time management, and communication skills
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements
- Ability to operate a forklift/telehandler to unload and load freight trucks
- Must be able to lift up to 75-100 lbs
This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided.
