Parts Assistant

The Parts Assistant is a key contributor to the success of our dealership and customers by delivering parts and accessories in timely and safe manner. Responsibilities Prepare routing slips to log travel timeVerify merchandise pulled against parts orders to ensure correct items and quantities are being deliveredSafely load and secure merchandise in the delivery vehicleDeliver merchandise to external repair shops and shipping companies and obtains acknowledgement of receipt, including payment from customers with COD accountsClean and maintain delivery vehicle including fuelling, checking tire pressure and fluids, etc.Immediately report any vehicle safety or maintenance concernsPerform warehouse duties including receiving, checking in, stocking, and pulling parts for deliveryAssist with annual inventory of partsMaintain a clean and safe warehouse area Requirements High school graduate or equivalentMinimum six months of delivery experienceAuto parts receiving and stocking experience a plusValid driver’s license and good driving recordKnowledge of Oahu streets and locations to ensure timely deliveriesStrong communication and customer relations skillsComputer proficiencyMust be a team player, customer and safety focused, and detail orientedHazmat certification preferred Transportation – Courier – Automotive – Warehouse – Distribution – Shipping At Servco, we’re committed to providing valuable mobility solutions to empower people through the freedom of movement and opportunity.
