Parts and Technician Hiring Event

About the role

Blue Compass RV Spartanburg is growing, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our Parts and Service teams. We will be conducting in-person interviews for the following positions on Thursday, August 27th from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM at 302 South Main Street, Duncan, SC 29334.

Parts Manager

Compensation: $60,000–$80,000

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop the Parts team
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and receiving
• Support the Service Department with timely parts availability
• Monitor department performance and control expenses
• Maintain an organized, customer-focused department
• Provide a high level of internal and external customer service

Requirements

• Previous parts management or dealership leadership experience
• Understanding of inventory control and department profitability
• Experience developing teams

Qualifications

• Organized, accountable, customer-focused
• Comfortable working closely with Service and Sales departments

Parts Associates

Compensation: $40,000–$45,000

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians with identifying, locating, and ordering RV parts and accessories
• Support technicians and the Service Department
• Process parts orders and maintain accurate records
• Receive, organize, and stock inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized Parts Department
• Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service

Requirements

• Enjoys helping customers and learning about parts and products
• Works well in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous RV, automotive, marine, powersports, warehouse, retail-parts, or inventory experience is helpful
• Dependable, organized, detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computers and inventory systems

RV Technicians

Compensation: $80,000–$140,000

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, and structural systems
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Document completed work accurately
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete repairs correctly and efficiently

Requirements

• Experience in RV, automotive, marine, diesel, maintenance, construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, or skilled trades

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, dependable
• Able to troubleshoot problems and take pride in quality repairs
