About the role
You’ll:
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their equipment is always in top condition.
- Solve complex technical issues to prevent downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Create long-term customer partnerships through exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
You’ll:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
- Provide technical advice and solutions to customers regarding equipment maintenance and repair.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure prompt and satisfactory service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service levels.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong background in sales and customer service.
- Is comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Has excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for college education in a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair processes.
