Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR)

ASCO Equipment is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative for the Belton, Texas Service Department to build and maintain customer relationships through the sale of preventative maintenance packages, shop and field service repairs, and related solutions.

Responsibilities

• Market parts and service sales, including preventative maintenance plans, machine inspections, repairs, remanufactured component sales, standard job quotes, extended warranties, and special parts promotions.
• Perform follow-up calls on complete goods, major parts, and service sales.
• Assist with after-sales service calls to ensure equipment operates to customer expectations.
• Provide limited technical support when appropriate.
• Ensure parts and/or service estimates meet ASCO pricing and department approval standards.
• Manage pre-planning, post-call notes, and follow-up actions using a CRM tool.
• Adhere to all safety rules and complete required safety training.
• Represent ASCO in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven sales ability and excellent customer relationship skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for individuals and groups.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment preferred.
• Understanding of equipment components, repair times, and technical aptitude.
• Solid computer skills and knowledge of general business software.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
