Parts Analyst for Order Fulfillment

About the role

We're seeking a Parts Analyst for Order Fulfillment to work at a premier client in Dubuque, IA. This is a 12+ month temporary to hire position offering a pay rate of $28.00/hr. The shift is generally 7a-3:30pm, but some flexibility is needed due to global customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements.
• Lead the definition, development, and implementation of business process improvement projects.
• Assist with and/or lead resolution of business process issues.
• Forecast new parts and manage part availability.
• Manage the Order Fulfillment Process to ensure service part availability.
• Analyze metrics and data to improve business processes.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze information and make trade-off decisions.
• Demonstrated team skills and written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in operations support functions such as purchasing, warehousing, logistics, service parts management, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Supply base knowledge.
• Understanding of operations.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic machine systems and components.
• Experience in service support environment.
• Proficiency generating reports from various databases and computer systems.
• Data analytics and statistics experience.
• Experience in planning, organizing, and implementing engineering projects.

Skills
