Responsibilities
- Aid service technicians, retail, and wholesale customers with parts requests
- Identify and source OEM and aftermarket automotive parts
- Process parts orders, invoices, and transactions accurately
- Manage special orders, backorders, and customer follow-ups
- Handle cores, returns, and warranty parts claims
- Maintain strong phone and in-person customer service
- Cross-sell accessories and additional parts for increased sales
- Absorb inventory control, stocking, and organization
- Maintain a clean and efficient parts department
- Participate in manufacturer training and product updates
Qualifications
- Prior automotive parts or dealership parts experience
- Knowledge of parts catalogs, inventory systems, and ordering processes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Weekend availability (Saturday rotation required)
